Department of Health, Culture and Sports has been established with the aim of organizing the activities stated in the Chapter 7 of Decree Law No. 124 on the Administrative Organization of Higher Education Institutions. Our The department continues its activities within the scope of "Implementation Regulation of the Higher Education Institutions Medico-Social Health, Culture and Sports Affairs Department" which was organized in accordance with the Article 65 of the Higher Education Law No. 2547 and published in the Official Journal No. 18301 on 03 February 1984 and entered into force.
Health Culture and Sports Department enables our employees and our students to acquire new areas of interest that can protect their physical and mental health, treat the sick, treat them with respect to marriage, nutrition, work, recreation and leisure. They are also engaged in activities in order to improve their health and social situations, to provide services that will enable their talents and personalities to develop in a healthy way, to train them as individuals who take care of their mental and physical health, to bring together regular and disciplined working, resting and enjoyment habits.
APPLICABLE SERVICES:
1- Resolving the health problems of our university personnel and the students, those who are obliged to look after them who meet the conditions determined by law,
2- Organization and participation of arts, culture and sports related activities according to the interests of the students and staff,
3- Providing the organization by cooperating with the institutions in art, culture and sports related activities,
4- the nutrition services of the students and staff,
5- Psychological counseling and guidance services for students,
6- Organizing trips for students and meeting their social needs and carrying out their transactions.
DIGITAL INFORMATION ABOUT OUR PRESIDENCY
1-PHYSICAL STRUCTURE
Health, Culture and Sports Department has a single storey building with 19 service rooms in the Kezer campus. In addition, there are 3 bureaus in dining hall building, one bureau on the ground floor of the vocational college service building and two bureaus in the service of Tourism and Sports Training Application Center .
Dining Halls
The Kezer campus is provided with academic staff, administrative staff and student dining rooms. In addition, the ground floor of the vocational schools building on the central campus is used as a student dining hall and the academic staff and administrative personnel dining room on the ground floor of the Vocational School of Social Sciences. There are also 1 cafeteria shared by our students and staff in the service of Kurtalan and Eruh Vocational School.
Conference Rooms
There is a multi-purpose event-conference room with seating capacity of 400 people located on the ground floor of the Rector's Office building. In addition, there is a conference hall of camellia type with 100 people seating capacity, suitable for making conferences, seminars and various meetings, sound system and projection equipment in the garden of our university.
Sports fields
There are 1 open basketball-volleyball court which students and staff can benefit from, 8 sports clubs with weighing 105 lanes and a football hall with a capacity of 1150 spectators, 40 * 20 international gymnasium, 1000 spectator capacity sports hall, 2 tennis courts, 1astroturfd.
Tourism and Sports Training Application Center
The Kezer campus has 39 guest rooms (2 suites, 37 double rooms) with approximately 80 bed capacity guesthouses.

STRATEGIC GOALS
1- To present preventive and curative primary health care services to students and staff in the widest scope.
2- To become a preferred health institution by creating an effective health registry system, especially by offering consultancy services aiming to improve the health service that our students need.
3. To provide opportunities for accommodation that can serve wider masses with improved physical and social facilities.
4. To provide more preferred nutrition services in a healthy environment, suitable for nutrition rules, increased product variety and quality, within rich menus.

3. TASKS
3.1. Nutrition Services
The employees of our university are served on the ground floor of Kezer Campus Administration, the Central Campus Vocational School of Social Sciences with the academic dining halls. Our students are served on the ground floor of the Kezer Campus Student Dining Hall and the Central Campus Vocational School. The capacity of our dining halls is as follows.
Central Campus Student Dining Room: 170 people
Central Campus Staff Dining Hall: 120 persons
Kezer campus Administrative Staff Dining Hall: 300 people
Kezer Campus Academic Staff Dining Hall: 300 Persons
Kezer Campus Student Dining House: 480 people
The lunch which is cooked as the only table for our employees and our students in the centre kitchen is given by distributing to our dining halls. Lunch is given as 4 kinds. Considering the inputs at the cost of the meal, the contribution fee is charged to the amount determined by the Board of Directors of the Health, Culture and Sports Department.
The food menus at our university are prepared by the "Food Inspection Commission" which is formed with the approval of the Rector's Office and services are provided to our students by trained cooks and staff.
Food Fees
- Four kinds of meals are provided for the students of our university as a nutrition service for 3,25 TL.
- The fee for the administrative staff is 6,50 TL for the meal, 9,00 TL for the academic staff and 14,00 TL for the guests.
